terrain.ini with thunder tracks added

Original terrain.ini - there were too many problems with mismatches with the one I had up.

 The latest "scoop" on getting a proper terrain INI.

After much searching and experimenting, I think I have come up with a solution to the terrain.ini mismatches. 
Open the ORIGINAL GTR mod EXE in Winzip and extract the terrain.ini file to your GTR2002Season\Tracks folder. 

We are pretty sure the time stamp is the problem. running Thunder tracks are no longer a problem with the modified files submitted by Graham
